RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. TO BE ELIGIBLE, THE ITEM/ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING ARE INTACT.

- To initiate the return/exchange process, use our contact form located on the top left of our page. Please include your Name, Order #, and Reason for the return/exchange.

WHAT WE RECOMMEND

- The best and fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to initiate the return/exchange process, return your item, and make as separate purchase for the item you want. 

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

 - It is the customers responsibility to cover any shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. If we receive an item and are being charged to receive it, the charge will be deducted from the return. If the returned item is deemed lost or damaged during transit, we will require the tracking # to further investigate the situation.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSPECTION

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and advise you if the return was approved or not. If the item is approved, we will refund the purchase back to the original payment method. Please allow some time for the banks and card companies to process the information before seeing your return.
